Acceptable stay overall
breakfast variety friendly shop lady small wardrobe sunbed queue
The breakfast was REALLY good with a great variety of options. The pool slides provided entertainment for the kids. The rooms were clean, and the shop lady was very friendly.
The wardrobes are too small for multiple guests. Queuing for sunbeds is crazy. I was up at 7 AM with other guests.

The rooms were REALLY nice and clean. The food was different EVERY day. The staff made SURE everyone has a holiday to remember! I found so much for kids and family's EVERY day.

clean hotel amazing team convenient location
i found the hotel to be really clean and well maintained. the entertainment team was amazing, keeping both kids and adults entertained. i especially enjoyed the convenient location, it's close to both the strip and portaventura.
i thought the rooms were a bit small. it was tricky managing the limited storage space.

The rooms have daily cleaning services with fresh towels provided. a sliding door separates the bathroom. It does have a noticeable gap! the space may feel small, especially for longer stays or families with a lot of luggage.

The breakfast selection offered omelettes and pancakes cooked fresh at different stations. fresh pizza and pasta are available, but i noticed similar options repeated. paella or risotto was daily on the menu. It provided reliable options.

the staff at the bar were friendly and helpful, and i found them to be an exception. some reception workers provided efficient service, though they weren't overly warm. a member of the buffet acted in a rude manner.

The pool looked to be of a decent size and was always clean. This impressed me. plenty of loungers were available! the gym includes fitness equipment, and the hotel provides entertainment for kids and adults.

the hotel sits less than a mile from portaventura, a great place! i found the resort center and beach within close walking distance. supermarkets are conveniently nearby, so stocking up on essentials is easy!

Good Entertainment, Clean Premises
good entertainment attentive lifeguards nice team
I enjoyed my stay. The entertainment team kept everyone entertained. The lifeguards was very attentive near the pool. There are not enough outlets in rooms. Food choices needs some variety and be hotter.
I found service slow at the bar. Staff should be more proactive about noise. I feel they need more respect staying there. I don't plan to return here soon.

excellent entertainment fabulous animation team spanish country music open facilities
the entertainment was excellent! the animation team are fabulous, spending time with individuals. the night usually rounded off with line dancing to spanish country music. i liked that after check out i still could use the facilities.
the hotel rooms are so small for four people! there is no space to hang or put our clothes out.

The rooms were kept very clean and tended to every day. This makes the stay much more pleasant. the air conditioning worked well and kept the temperature very comfortable even on the hottest days.

The staff are very friendly, nice, and helpful. They try to accommodate requests. the animation team really shines here. They are very kind and bring a lot of positive energy to the hotel.

The hotel is located within a reasonable walking distance to portaventura. It is approximately 10-15 minutes away. its closeness to the park lets families go back to rest easily. This cuts down transportation costs.

The pool area featured a splash pad for kids and a lifeguard was always on duty. the buffet offered fresh fruit and a selection of pastries daily. rooms had a balcony with seating. I found this a very nice addition.
the elevator near my room made a slight humming noise occasionally.
