i found the hotel to be really clean and well maintained. the entertainment team was amazing, keeping both kids and adults entertained. i especially enjoyed the convenient location, it's close to both the strip and portaventura.
i thought the rooms were a bit small. it was tricky managing the limited storage space.

The rooms have daily cleaning services with fresh towels provided. a sliding door separates the bathroom. It does have a noticeable gap! the space may feel small, especially for longer stays or families with a lot of luggage.

The breakfast selection offered omelettes and pancakes cooked fresh at different stations. fresh pizza and pasta are available, but i noticed similar options repeated. paella or risotto looked daily on the menu. It provided reliable options.

the staff at the bar were friendly and helpful, and i found them to be an exception. some reception workers provided efficient service, though they weren't overly warm. a member of the buffet acted in a rude manner.

The pool was to be of a decent size and was always clean. This impressed me. plenty of loungers were available! the gym includes fitness equipment, and the hotel provides entertainment for kids and adults.

the hotel sits less than a mile from portaventura, a great place! i found the resort center and beach within close walking distance. supermarkets are conveniently nearby, so stocking up on essentials is easy!

the entertainment team was amazing. julio and crazy were great at their job. the hotel is clean. room service happened every day. the pool gets cleaned every night in addition to the sun beds and chairs.
the rooms could benefit from a mirror outside the bathroom, as getting ready becomes challenging when someone is showering.

I enjoyed my stay. The entertainment team kept everyone entertained. The lifeguards was very attentive near the pool. There are not enough outlets in rooms. Food choices needs some variety and be hotter.
I found service slow at the bar. Staff should be more proactive about noise. I feel they need more respect staying there. I don't plan to return here soon.

the entertainment was excellent! the animation team are fabulous, spending time with individuals. the night usually rounded off with line dancing to spanish country music. i liked that after check out i still could use the facilities.
the hotel rooms are so small for four people! there is no space to hang or put our clothes out.

The hotel is located within a reasonable walking distance to portaventura. It is approximately 10-15 minutes away. its closeness to the park lets families go back to rest easily. This cuts down transportation costs.
